To make a return, you MUST follow these four easy steps:

3) Send us the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to one of the 2 addresses below (whichever is closer to you), and also add to your package the Refund Form (see point n.1 above) and the email receipt (see point n.2 above):

Items that are not returned in their orginal product container will not be refunded.
Cash Refunds
There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.
Also, a processing fee of USD 15 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
