We offer a wide range of shipping options - whether you prefer Ground or require Next Day Air. Be sure to specify how you would like us to ship your merchandise at the time of purchase.
Due to the large number of orders we always receive towards the end of the month, if you are placing your order between the 28th of the month and the 3rd of the following month, the delivery of your orders might be delayed of 24/48 hours. If you need a speedy delivery, then chose either Second Day or Overnight FedEx.
US Orders
FedEx GROUND Shipping:
- If the order is up to $57, then a $9 flat fee will be applied
- if the order is over $57, then shipping is FREE
FedEx SECOND Day:
- If the order is up to $97, then a $16 flat fee will be applied
- if the order is over $97, then shipping is FREE
FedEx OVERNIGHT:
- If the order is up to $250, then a $20 flat fee will be applied
- if the order is over $250, then shipping is FREE
CANADA Orders
All Canadian orders are subject to a standard shipping fee of USD 25 per order (regardless of the order amount).
Shipping Standards
We employ Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
- Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered items can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days. On average, orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same busines day. These orders should ship the same day.
Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
* Warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders will be shipped on the next business day, whenever possible.
FEDEX HOME DELIVERY - delivers Tuesday - Saturday
FEDEX ECONOMY PREPAID TWO DAY - delivers Monday - Friday

Damaged Merchandise
In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact the local carrier office immediately to obtain an inspection report. Ask the carrier to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection.
Lost Merchandise
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by the carrier. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied to your credit card.
