Dear Friend,

as you might have read into my newsletter, my name is DANILO CASTELLO (my friends call me Danny), I am 33 years old and I am the owner of www.GoShape.com, one of the top HERBALIFE distributors in the US.

I serve an average of 250 customers per month. No other distributor is touching as many lives as I do. Period.

My customer love my honesty and integrity. I am the "NO B.S. Herbalife distributor": I will not lie to you, I will not hide myself behind the internet wall, you will always be able to talk to me either via the phone or via email. The goal of my life is to change people's health, one shake at a time. That's why I built GoShape.com

I have failed so many times, but I have never given up. I am a believer and a dreamer.

But let me tell you my own story.

I have struggled all my life with my weight: I joined those weight loss classes 5 times. I was often the only man. But I never cared about it. I wanted to achieve my goals so badly that I knew nothing would have stopped me.

In my many weight loss tentatives I have tried everything you can imagine: low-fat diets, low-carbs, low-everything....but I always had low results...!

Who do you know that has joined those weight loss classes...5 times?

Ah...this is another of my gems....

Before weighting myself once a week, usually on a Monday morning....I used to go running!

Why?

:-)

Because if you go running, you can lose up to 4 pounds of WATER in 1 hour!

...of course I was cheating myself thinking that what I lost was fat...

Then I used to go on the scale and say to myself "Wow...I lost 4 pounds last week!"

But the reality was that as soon as I start drinking water (cause I was thirsty after exercising), I immediately regained those 4 pounds of water that I lost during exercise.

I was then tired to fool myself. I decided that the first step for me was to LEARN WHAT SKINNY PEOPLE KNEW THAT I DIDNT!

Why skinny people never diet?

What did they know that I didnt know?

I was soooo angry!!! There and then I made my decision: nothing and nobody would have stopped me in learning the TRUTH!

First of all...to burn 2 pounds of FAT you need to burn 7,000 calories....not go running for 1 hour and hoping that the pounds you lost were actual fat...

How silly I was....

Anyway, I have always loved reading. So my quest for knowledge started....

I had to learn the truth of weight loss!

I read many books about nutrition and psychology (on my site you will find my "recommended readings" book list.

I started using Herbalife....then GoShape.com (my website) was born with the sole intention to let EVERYBODY know what the skinny people know (or do in auto-pilot) that the fat people dont know (or do). In fact, if you become a customer of mine, I will teach you E-V-E-R-I-T-H-I-N-G that I have learnt over the years about nutrition, weight loss, psychology and exercise.

For example, I will teach you that women, on average, need to have around 5 meals a day, so they will need to eat every 3 hours. Smaller, frequent meals.

So, every week a woman should eat (5 meals x 7 days)=35 meals

Of those, do allow yourself to eat 1 or 2 "cheat meals" where you can eat whatever you want.

My advice: have a "cheat meal" AFTER your weekly "visit" to the weighting scale. Have a cheat meal as a treat, as a prize for yourself. You will then have a full week to recover and burn those extra calories!

I guess what I am trying to tell you is this: I know EXACTLY how you are feeling right now...because I have been there (and sometimes I still fall....it is NORMAL to fall!).

You don't have to have a "perfect dieting week" to lose weight. You really do NOT.

Correct the errors of the past. Perfection is not what you should aim for. You should aim to be the best that you can BE!

And I will help YOU!

But let me go back again in time and tell you a little bit more about my "old days"...

I did lose pounds here and there, but in the end I always found myself at the same point. And sometime the yo-yo effect hit me badly!

After school, I started an office job, which reduced even more my physical activity, with terrible results on my health: backpain, overweight, stress. I was not happy and my self-esteem and confidence...well...let's not talk about it...

Then a friend of mine introduced me to Herbalife. I started taking the products 3 days BEFORE Christmas! My family thought I was crazy. Again, I didn't care. I said to myself: if during the Christmas holidays you don't GAIN a pound...it is like you lost 8 pounds (because, yes, I was able to "perform" pretty well in my previous Christmas holidays....putting up 8 pounds in 2 weeks was my speciality!). And YOU think you eat a lot....! :-)

Anyway, that's how I started with HERBALIFE. I had great results taking the products (here below is my "before" picture: it was taken at my brother's wedding. My sister was pregnant, my mum is the lady in white).



...aaaaand this is me now....!





Then I decided that I wanted to help as many people as possible. So I started talking about HERBALIFE to friends and family first. My mum and grandmother had great results too! Then friends referred me other friends...and I found myself...in business!

I was very happy about my little part time thing because I was helping other people to get their health back (you have no idea how many fantastic emails I received!) and that made me feel good about myself. I regained my SELF-CONFIDENCE.

A question that I am asked often is "Ok Danny, you lost weight and everything is good now for you. But are you still on the products?"

Every day I still drink my shake for breakfast and then that's it.

The reason? Very simple. I think of Herbalife as my HEALTH INSURANCE.

Also, I use it for CONVENIENCE: there is no better way to have a HEALTHY and Balanced fast food. So, if you are living a busy life, are always on the go, your children are screeming and pulling your skirt "mummy mummy I want this, I want that"...don't despair. You CAN manage everything! You can lose weight and still live your busy life.

So, the short answer is "yes, I still drink my Herbalife shake at least once a day".

But if I have had a "bad week", then I go immediately on 2 shakes a day for a few days until I have melted down the excessive calories I ate.

It is that simple.

But I (and you) must act IMMEDIATELY when something doesnt go well...or the weight will start piling up and then get rid off 30 pounds will look like climbing mount Everest!

Herbalife helped me a lot in building my business too: I participated to many trainings. This is a list of some of the skills that Herbalife's trainings taught me:

- how to market the products, how to close a deal
- how to make a presentation (both formal and informal)
- how to do customer service and the importance of following up with your customers
- how to use the many many tax advantages available only if you have a business (tax write-offs etc)
- how to present the business opportunity to other people
- how to evaluate a business opportunity (market trend analysis, competitor analisys, sales plan analysis)


But these were not the most important skills I have learnt during the years. The single most important one has been....Leadership. You see, Herbalife believes that your business can't grow faster that YOU. So it provides many fantastic leadership and motivational trainings. The Herbalife master motivator is JIM ROHN. His teachings literally changed my life!

Now, I am one of the TOP distributors in Herbalife, and I often qualify to attend the best trainings that the company offers. This is a picture from one of the latest trainings I attended...a Leadership training...with "the man" himself...Jim Rohn...who cheers when the speaker calls my name as the TOP distributor of the month!!! Simply fenomenal! That's the POWER OF DREAMS!



As a result of all the trainings I have received, I was then able to pay my rent with my part time Herbalife business. Then I made a decision: I wanted to work for myself full time. I didn't want to be told what to do by my boss anymore. I had enough of the rat race and my slavery to the office cubicle. I did set my mind on my goal. That was it for me. Nothing could have stopped me.

Before leaving my office job, I have worked very long hours, between my cubicle and my part time business. Slowly but surely, things got to the point that I was earning TWICE as much money part time as I was earning full time. I had to take a decision: either to go crazy, or to pursue my dream to the fullest.

I am a dreamer. Now I have reached my goal: I work from home, I do what I love to do, I help people getting their life, confidence and health back.

Don't stop dreaming. But remember: DREAM + ACTION = results!

If you have the right mentors, attitude and willing to work HARD, anything is possible.

This is another picture that is really close to my heart: I have had the privilege to meet Nobel Prize Winner Professor Louis Ignarro, who has developed my top seller product for heart health: Herbalife NITEWORKS. I congratulate with him for this great product and also for his fantastic book "No More Heart Disease" (I definitely recommend you to get this book if you are serious about your heart health).
